Documents are lost before they are picked up. Shipping costs are not reimbursable. If the documents are lost on the bill of lading, the maximum compensation of RMB 100 yuan and return freight (and please provide copies of the relevant information) . If the goods have been transferred to the carrier and the loss, damage or damage is the carrier’s responsibility, compensation shall be based on the carrier’s compensation amount and the declared value, but the maximum amount of compensation shall not exceed USD100. For Goods of higher value, it is recommended to purchase insurance on your own. Partial loss (only part of the goods in a case, except for the whole case) such as the carrier can not be opened for non-compensation. Fragile items: Packing well and add fillers, packaging is not sufficient damage, the carrier and I will not compensate division.
